Description
- Conductor: It features Class 2 compacted circular aluminum conductors. These ensure efficient and reliable power transmission.
- Conductor Screen: A non-metallic, semi-conducting compound is used for the conductor screen.
- Insulation: We use Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) for insulation. XLPE offers excellent electrical properties and can withstand high temperatures.
- Insulation Screen: Similar to the conductor screen, a non-metallic, semi-conducting compound screens the insulation.
- Metallic Screen: A copper tape screen provides effective metallic shielding.
- Inner Sheath: A layer of Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) acts as an inner sheath, offering an additional protective barrier.
- Armor: Aluminum Wire Armor (AWA) gives the cable robust protection against physical damage.
- Outer Sheath: The cable is finished with a tough Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) outer sheath. This layer protects the cable from environmental factors.
