The Gongniu Cable Type PV Photovoltaic Cable features a single, high-quality copper conductor. This conductor is either bare or tinned, and precisely stranded to ensure excellent conductivity and flexibility. The cable’s insulation and jacket are made from a durable XL (Cross-linked) compound, specifically XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene). This premium insulation provides superior protection against moisture, abrasion, and harsh environmental conditions. The integrated design of the insulation and jacket ensures the cable maintains its integrity and performance over time, reducing the need for frequent maintenance. - Temperature Rating: The cable is designed for maximum conductor operation temperatures of 90°C, 105°C, 125°C, or 150°C in dry conditions, and 90°C in wet conditions.
- Cold Performance: It successfully meets cold bend and cold impact tests at -40°C, ensuring consistent performance even in extremely cold climates.
- Flame Resistance: The cable achieves an FV-1 vertical flame rating as per UL 2556, enhancing fire safety in your installations.
- Sunlight Resistance: Copper sizes are rated for sunlight resistance, making them highly durable for outdoor use where exposure to UV radiation is constant.
- Direct Burial: All copper sizes are rated for direct burial applications, simplifying installation processes in appropriate environments.
