Low Voltage ABC Cable (1+1 Core)

The conductors are stranded, circular compressed or uncompressed aluminum, copper, aluminum-alloy, ACSR or ACSR/AW etc., concentrically stranded and covered for Weather or UV resistant with thermoplastic polyethylene (PE) or Cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) in black.

Application

Our Low Voltage Aerial Bundled Cable (ABC) is primarily used for overhead power distribution. It is a reliable choice for residential areas, rural electrification, and street lighting. This cable is suitable for use as a service drop from a power pole to a building or as a secondary cable between poles. Gongniu Cable’s ABC products are designed for fixed installation on overhead power lines with a voltage of 0.6/1kV.

Description

1+1 core ABC cable consists of one insulated phase conductor and one neutral conductor, which are bundled together. The conductors are made of lightweight stranded aluminum. The insulation is a black, weather-resistant, and UV-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). This insulation provides a higher level of safety compared to bare conductors, reducing the risk of short circuits and electrical shock. Our Gongniu Cable products are easy to install and require less maintenance than traditional overhead power lines.
