N2XSEY – YJSV (Cu/XLPE/CTS/PVC) 3-core medium voltage non-armoured power cable is designed for diverse power distribution requirements. It is ideally suited for general distribution networks. You can also effectively use it for connecting to power generation units and within various industrial plants and processes. Its versatility allows for installation directly in the ground, outdoors, indoors, or within cable ducts.

Description

The N2XSEY – YJSV cable by Gongniu Cable is built with high-quality components for dependable power transmission. It features Class 2 circular compacted copper conductors, ensuring efficient electrical flow. A non-metallic, semi-conducting compound forms the conductor screen. The core insulation utilizes XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene), providing excellent electrical protection. An additional non-metallic, semi-conducting compound serves as the insulation screen. For effective metallic screening, a copper wire shield (CWS) is integrated. Both the filler and binder materials are non-hygroscopic, which prevents moisture absorption. Finally, a durable PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) outer sheath protects the cable from external elements, ensuring long-term reliability. This cable offers superior electrical and mechanical properties. You can expect minimal dielectric loss and high insulation resistance, contributing to a stable and efficient power supply.

Furthermore, the cable meets the comprehensive requirements of IEC 60502-2. This standard specifically covers power cables with extruded insulation and their accessories, suitable for rated voltages from 1kV up to 30kV. This includes cables designed for rated voltages between 6kV and 30kV.
