The N2XSRY – YJLSV72 power cable features a well-engineered construction. Each layer works together to deliver optimal performance:
- Conductor: This cable utilizes a high-quality aluminum conductor. It is class 2 and circularly compacted. Aluminum conductors provide a cost-effective and lightweight solution for power transmission.
- Conductor Screen: A non-metallic, semi-conducting compound surrounds the conductor. This layer helps manage the electric field, ensuring consistent cable performance.
- Insulation: We use cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) for the insulation. This material provides excellent electrical properties and high insulation resistance. It helps minimize power loss and ensures the cable’s reliability.
