NAYRY – VLV32 (Al/PVC/SWA/PVC)

They are suitable for laying Indoor, tunnel, cable trench, shaft or buried laying. Description
Gongniu Cable’s NAYRY – VLV32 power cable is built with precision and high-grade materials to ensure lasting performance:
Conductor: The core of this cable features an aluminum conductor. We use Class 1 or Class 2 aluminum, available in solid, stranded, or compacted circular forms for optimal conductivity.
Insulation: Each conductor is carefully insulated with Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) to guarantee stable and safe electrical isolation.
Core Protection: Non-hygroscopic fillers and binders surround the insulated cores. This design keeps moisture out and helps maintain the cable’s structural integrity.
Inner Sheath: A PVC inner sheath provides an additional protective layer for the cable’s core components.
Armour: The crucial steel wire armor provides superior mechanical protection. This armor helps the cable endure significant external forces and offers resistance to pulling tension.
Outer Sheath: The cable is finished with a tough Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) outer sheath. This outer layer protects against abrasion, moisture, sunlight, oil, acid, alkali, salt, and various solvents. It also provides flame resistance, enhancing overall safety.

Conductor Standards: IEC 60228, which specifies requirements for conductors in insulated cables
Power Cable Standards: IEC 60502-1, covering power cables with extruded insulation and their accessories for rated voltages from 1kV (Um=1.2kV) up to 30kV (Um=36kV). Specifically, Part 1 applies to cables rated for 1kV (Um=1.2kV) and 3kV (Um=3.6kV)
