Description

Gongniu Cable manufactures the RHZ1 using advanced materials and proven construction methods. The cable features an aluminum conductor that provides excellent electrical conductivity. Class 2 circular compacted conductors ensure reliable power transmission with minimal losses.

The insulation system uses Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) technology. This material offers superior electrical properties and long-term durability. Non-metallic semi-conducting compounds create effective conductor and insulation screens. These screens ensure uniform electric field distribution and enhanced safety.

Copper tape screening provides electromagnetic protection and fault current handling. The metallic screen can also use copper wire depending on specific requirements. Gongniu Cable selects the appropriate screening method based on application needs.

The outer sheath uses Polyvinyl (PO) compounds in various formulations. Available options include DMZ1, DMZ2, LSOH, and LSZH materials. Standard colors are black or red to meet different installation requirements.
