YJLV – Aluminum XLPE Power Cable

Aluminum core XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable, which has excellent thermal mechanical properties and are often used for fixed laying in distribution networks or industrial installations with a rated voltage of 1.2KV and below, often used for overhead Operation, its execution standard: GB/T 12706.1-2008.

Product Description

Aluminum core XLPE insulated PVC sheathed power cable, which has excellent thermal mechanical properties and are often used for fixed laying in distribution networks or industrial installations with a rated voltage of 1.2KV and below, often used for overhead Operation, its execution standard: GB/T 12706.1-2008.

All kinds of cables we produce have good insulation, certain acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, and moisture resistance. The XLPE material is used to improve hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance.

Product parameters
1. Rated voltage: 0.6/1KV

2. Number of cores: single core, double core, three cores, four cores, five cores, 3+1 cores, 3+2 cores, 4+1 cores

3. Commonly used specifications: single core: (copper core) 1.5~630mm2; multi-core: 1.5~300mm2; (aluminum core) 25~500mm2; multi-core: 10~400mm2

4. Working temperature: The long-term allowable maximum working temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C; when short-circuited, the maximum temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 250°C, and the duration does not exceed 5S. The minimum ambient temperature for cable operation is -10°C. The laying temperature should not be lower than 0°C.

5. Features

a) The maximum conductor temperature when the cable is in normal operation: 70°C for PVC insulation and 90°C for XLPE insulation.

b) The maximum temperature of the cable conductor during short circuit (the longest duration is not more than 5 seconds): PVC insulation – 160°C for conductor cross-section ≤ 300mm2, 140°C for conductor cross-section > 300 mm2; cross-linked polyvinyl chloride insulation is 250°C.

c) The ambient temperature when the cable is laid is not below 0°C, and the minimum allowable bending radius is as follows: Single-core cable: 20D without armor, 15D with armor Multi-core cable: 15D without armor, armored It is 12D where: D- the actual outer diameter of the cable.

d)Cablebreaking force: Aluminum core cable: 40×S (N) Copper core cable: 70×S (N) Note: S is the total cross-sectional area of the cable conductor.
